| Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept Visa, Mastercard Maestro/Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet. On International orders, we may ask for cleared funds by cheque or money order etc, before goods are dispatched.If any of the items you require are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to give you an expected delivery date. You can decide at this time whether to choose another product, wait for the item to arrive, or cancel the order.3 month payment option: (Available only on certain items).You may pay for certain single items over £100 in three equal monthly installments; the item will be shipped once the final payment has been made. These payments will be taken on your credit card with the first payment due when the order is placed. The following two payments will be taken the following month and again, the following month after that. Free carriage is not available with this payment option, therefore a £6.95 carriage charge will be added to the final payment. If for any reason the sale is not completed, i.e. you cancel the order, or the credit card payment transactions are not completed by the agreed date, (that date being the third month from which the order was placed) we reserve the right to charge a 15% storage and handling fee which will be deducted before any balance is returned. | Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Many items on the web site are not currently in stock but are expected on our next stock delivery. Some items are special order from the manufacturer. Because of this, we may take a deposit and charge the remainder when the item has arrived and is ready to be shipped out to you. This deposit is not refundable on these items should you cancel the order. If the order is cancelled and we have not taken a deposit, we reserve the right to make a 10% charge to cover our charges and administration. |

| Returns PolicyThe nature of our business includes many rare items including one off pieces. Faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. We will then issue a returns number and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate to that particular item. The customer has seven days to return any unwanted item at their own expense. Returned items will not be accepted, if they are not received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In the unusual event of an item being returned, the customer will be refunded, less any carriage charge paid. If the item has been sent by us, using our promotional free carriage and you wish to return it, we will deduct £10.00 postage & packaging charge from your refund. Obviously, some pieces cannot be exchanged with an identical product due to the low production numbers on many items. Common sense will prevail in any instance of this nature. |
