Ashby Bears Delivery Information

DELIVERIES TO UK MAINLAND

UK Mainland customers (excluding Scotish Highlands) can now select FREE ECONOMY, 1st CLASS or PRIORITY delivery.

We try to be fair to everyone and therefore process orders depending on which delivery option you have selected and paid for. ALL DELIVERIES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

Some items do not qualify for free delivery, these being Brooklin Models, Club kits, oversized items and some reduced special offers.

Note: we are normally closed on Wednesdays, therefore any orders received after 1pm on Tuesday, will normally be processed on Thursday.

FREE ECONOMY DELIVERY (non urgent)

Economy shipping Orders will be packed and shipped, after we have processed all 1st CLASS and PRIORITY orders. They will be sent by 2nd class recorded delivery or economy courier.

1st CLASS DELIVERY

1st class shipping orders will be packed and shipped, after we have processed all PRIORITY orders. They will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery or courier.

PRIORITY DELIVERY

If your order is more urgent, please select Priority shipping which is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce or Interlink Express Couriers, depending on the parcel weight.

This service is only delivered Monday to Friday and we do our very best to send orders the same day if you order by 1pm. (please note that this is not guaranteed). We are normally closed on Wednesdays, therefore any priority orders received after 1pm on Tuesday, will normally be processed on Thursday.

OVERSIZE / OVERWEIGHT

Some items are just too heavy or too large to be sent economically by royal mail. These items are marked OVERSIZE and will be subject to a higher delivery charge. The delivery charge will be displayed in the checkout.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, will be charged at a higher rate, depending on the item(s) ordered.

Your delivery charge will be calculated when you go to the checkout, where you will have the option to accept the total charge, before your order is confirmed.

If the automatic charge calculations are deemed excessive, we will reduce the shipping charge manually before charging you for the order. This reduction is solely at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We are happy to deliver outside the UK. Obviously, the charges are dependant on the country concerned. We will do our best to obtain a speedy delivery charge and notify you by email as soon as possible.

Your invoice will default to a shipping charge of £20.00 This will be altered after your acceptance of any extra delivery charges that you will be notified of.

Tax and Duty Fees
