Velveteen Rabbit. He´s a spoonful of Steiff yesteryear available today. These delicious rabbits were first enjoyed on the Steiff range in the 1890s. However this exquisite example was the inspiration of a fine sample offered for sale at the Steiff Summer Auction 2011. The inspiration dated from 1905 and overflowed with pure charm. Add a taste of nostalgia to your collection with this delicate and delightful velveteen rabbit.

Limited Edition (White and Red Ear Tag)
All the animals and Teddy Bears at Steiff are very pleased to receive the extraordinary distinction of the white ear tag with red writing because they are produced in a limited edition. This means that only a number is available and some are available only in certain countries.

Each of these pieces carry the gold plated "Button in Ear" and bring it's new owner a certificate that ensures the authenticity and special status as a Steiff Limited Edition piece.
