This gorgeous replica is a scaled down version of a very large-sized Teddy bear given as a gift to employees of the Margarete Steiff Company for the 25th Anniversary Jubilee in 1926. So everyone who had joined the company in 1900 had the privilege of getting this very special bear. This Jubilee bear has all the specific characteristics of a mid '20s Teddy bear. He features large dark brown, deep set pupil eyes that contrast beautifully with the reddish blond curled mohair plush. A round head with a comparatively short muzzle complete the bear's child-like expression. Of course, the Teddy is stuffed with finest wood shavings and is lightly, but not loosely, jointed. The expression of this extremely cute Teddy bear, together with the attractive size, makes this replica a must have for not only collectors, but for everybody who wants to make a Teddy bear part of his life.
