We have taken the decision to no longer take pre-orders for Charlie Bears.

Unfortunately, due to many customers ordering the same bear from several shops, a lot of customers are missing out.

We have literally hundreds of bears on order from Charlie Bears. As soon as deliveries come in, we will make them available to purchase on a first come, first served basis.

Ashby Bears have literally hundreds of bears on back order with Charlie Bears.

We update our website several times every day, so that you can clearly see whether an item is in stock, or on back order.

If you place an order for any bear that is not in stock, you will be allocated one from future deliveries. Your credit card will be pre-authorised, but your money will not be taken until your chosen item(s) are in stock and ready for shipment.

Ashby Bears would like to apologise in advance for not supplying you with an expected delivery date, but unfortunately Charlie Bears are unable to give us delivery schedules.
