Ashby Bears Easy Payments Scheme

At Ashby Bears, we appreciate that some items for your collection are not always affordable.
Therefore to help our customers, we are now offering you our 'Easy Payment Option'.
2, 3, & sometimes 4 easy payment options are available on many items throughout the site, interest free! (excluding sale or reduced items).
You may pay for certain single items in equal monthly installments; the item will be dispatched to you once the final payment has been made. These payments will be taken on your credit card/debit card with the first payment due when the order is placed. The following payments will be taken at monthly intervals.
subsidised delivery is not available with this payment option, therefore a £6.95 carriage charge will be added to the final payment.
If a Special order or New Release item has not arrived at the point that the final payment is due, we will not take the final payment until the item has arrived and is ready for dispatch.
If for any reason the sale is not completed, i.e. you cancel the order, or the credit card payment transactions are not completed by the agreed date, (that date being the final monthly payment date from which the order was placed) we reserve the right to charge a 20% storage and handling fee.
Any cancelled order using the Easy Payment Scheme will not be entitled to a refund, although a credit note will be issued to be used against any item/s that are currently in stock. By placing the order and selecting the payment plan, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
